What if I need to cancel a session or class reservation?

Please cancel your appointment or class registration in your Union account at least 3 hours prior to avoid a $20 late cancellation fee. To do so: Go to ‘My Account’ in the upper right hand corner - then click registrations. You’ll see all your upcoming events. In the dropdown next to ‘Issued,’ click cancel. To reschedule, please cancel your appointment and rebook an appointment with the account balance. We do not take cancellations over email or phone. We have limited in-person spots for yoga classes so advance registration is highly encouraged. All Sauna and Cold Plunge sessions must be pre-booked to ensure the equipment has reached optimal temperature. **appointments can not be booked within one hour of appointment time.

How early should I arrive and what should I wear?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for all services and classes. Kindly consider discretion when wearing bathing suits for cold plunge/sauna services. Yoga clothing is also an option for sauna and cold plunge sessions. Clothing is NOT optional in saunas or cold plunges. Bathrobes are available.

What should I bring to yoga class?

Class is going to get sweaty. A sticky mat (We love Lululemon’s ‘The mat’ 3 or 5mm for a little extra padding), a sweat wicking towel or ‘yogi-toes' for over your mat, and water. We have blocks in studio and yoga mats available for purchase or rental. * We recommend a light breakfast prior to class and plenty of electrolytes.

Where are you located?

In the heart of Marblehead at 201 Pleasant Street - across from the Marblehead Flower House. Parking is available on both sides of the street - all the way down to Vets. We have two tandem parking spots on the left side of the drive - please don’t block anyone in - thank you!

Do you honor gift cards purchased at Nordic Oasis?

Absolutely! Please email us hello@premawellnessclub.com with the gift card number and amount so we can apply it to your account for online booking OR bring it to the studio.

Do you offer STUDENT pricing?

Yes, we just need to confirm that you are a HS or College student. Please email hello@premawellnessclub.com for an access code to unlock the online pricing - or bring your ID to the studio and we’ll get you set up! Student Class drop-in rate is $20. Student 10 class package is $150. Saunas and Cold Plunges are half off.
